Delhi’s most authentic Pan Asian fine dine lounge with The Kylin Experience. A concept by the Welgrow Hotel Concepts Pvt. Ltd., with the aim to deliver the best epicurean flavors to its patrons. The name “Kylin” itself is from the Chinese legends, where it depicts a unicorn bringing happiness, good fortune and prosperity.
What started as a dream with Welgrow Hotel Concepts Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, has now taken shape into the driver for growth of the hospitality industry at large.
Saurabh Khanijo is one of the most successful restaurateurs of North India. Pivoting from his generational family business of poultry farming, in 2005 Saurabh started Dehli's very first Oriental Restro-Lounge, Kylin Experience.
A passion food and innovation coupled with the success of his previous endeavours motivated him to make a name for himself. Over the last 18+ years Saurabh has opened concepts restaurants such as IVY, the longest bar in town and Saratoria, a italian pizza eatery.
He has brought brands such as Jamie's Oliver to the Indian Market. But most importantly Saurabh has made Kylin a home name growing it from one restaurant to 6+ brands in 10+ locations. Today, he aspires to continue innovating and take Kylin to each city of India.
